Nature parks
Nature parks are perfect if you want a more quiet experience – the birds chirping, the leaves rattling; it just all fits so perfectly for a cute picnic with your spouse. The Jacksonville Metropolitan Area has dozens of neat little nature parks for you to bring your spouse.
A lot of these nature park have hiking trails. Some with pretty ponds or lakes, and pretty flowers where you can just dwell in the quiet.
Most of them are even dog-friendly because dogs are flippin’ awesome and make everything better – including a romantic picnic. The Jacksonville June Bug is a big fun of dogs as you see in some of our videos. We love baby Zorah!

Spa
As the years go by, spouses tend to get comfortable and start doing less romantic activities. A spa is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Jacksonville has several different spas you can visit with couples packages.
Spas are also great for a princess day so she can relax before a nice dinner. If you’re not planning on going to a restaurant, spas are perfect to distract your lady while you tidy up the house for a romantic at-home dinner.

Painting
Painting is a wonderful way to connect with your spouse. You and them painting a painting together; sharing a cute little moment – deciding what to paint together and getting mini sparks of excitement.

Similar to Painting With A Twist, Color Me Mine is definitely one of it’s kind here in Jacksonville. At Color Me Mine, you get to paint a plate, cup, or mini statues. You can either do one each or share one with your partner.
